CBS is continuing to distance itself from the traditional broadcast calendar by moving up the reveal of its 2026 27 primetime schedule to April 15. The decision marks a significant shift away from the long established practice of unveiling fall schedules during upfront week in May. This will be the earliest CBS has announced its lineup in recent years, coming weeks ahead of the dates used over the past three seasons and well before the day the network historically held its upfront presentation.

Season 4 of Netflix’s The Lincoln Lawyer is easily the most intense and emotional chapter of the series so far. Based on Michael Connelly’s novel The Law of Innocence, the new season places Mickey Haller in the one position he has spent his entire career trying to keep others out of jail. From the opening episodes, the show makes it clear that this is not business as usual. Mickey loses his freedom, his prized Lincoln Continental at least temporarily, and nearly his sense of identity as he is charged with murder and forced to fight for his life.

Amazon MGM Studios' documentary Melania delivered an unexpected box office showing this weekend, earning $7 million domestically and marking the strongest opening for a non-music documentary in more than a decade.

The debut stands out in a genre that typically struggles to draw theatrical audiences. According to Comscore data, most documentaries released over the past 10 years have opened below $5 million, with worldwide totals often capped between $10 million and $20 million unless tied to major music acts.

Apple TV has officially announced the return date for Season 5 of its acclaimed original drama series For All Mankind. The new season will premiere on March 27, with fresh episodes arriving weekly every Friday through May 29. Along with the release date, Apple TV has also shared a teaser trailer and a collection of first photos that offer viewers an early glimpse into what lies ahead in the next chapter of the series.

For All Mankind is known for its ambitious premise and richly imagined storytelling. The series explores an alternate history in which the global space race never came to an end. Instead of the United States being the first nation to land on the moon, the Soviet Union reaches that milestone first, setting off decades of continued competition, innovation, and conflict. Through this lens, the show follows NASA astronauts,

engineers, and their families as they navigate personal and professional challenges against the backdrop of humanity’s expanding reach into space.

"I share a lot of my life on social media, and people think they know everything there is to know about me and my family," Alix said in a statement, "but honestly, there's still so much more." She's especially excited to highlight her "fun, loving, sometimes chaotic modern family and how we always show up for each other through it all."
