Colin Egglesfield is recovering. After revealing that he had been diagnosed with a third cancer last January, the Something Borrowed star shared a new health update, revealing that he is now "cancer-free" and "feeling great."

Colin, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2024 and had a prostatectomy shortly thereafter, has been disease-free for nearly a year.

"It'll be a year in February," Colin told E! News correspondent Will Marfuggi in an exclusive interview. "Fortunately, they caught it early enough that I didn't have to do any radiation or chemotherapy or anything, and that's one of the things that I just wanted to avoid."

That wasn't always the case for the All My Children alum, who described a different experience when he was first diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2006 and again the following year.

"I waited almost until it was too late and it had started to spread," says Colin. "So when they performed the surgery and tested the lymph nodes, they discovered that it had spread. So I had to have radiation treatment, and I didn't want to go through it anymore."
