With his new podcast, Messy Love: Difficult Conversations for Deeper Connection, the 38-year-old life coach is applying his ideas in real time by guiding couples through the challenges of modern relationships.

Shetty admits that the experience has also reinforced the importance of tending to his own marriage to Radhi Devlukia-Shetty. "What it has inspired in my own relationship is a continued awareness that the work is never done," he tells PEOPLE exclusively. The couple first met in 2013 and married in April 2016.

Eric Dane was unable to attend the ALS Network's Champions for Cures and Care Gala on January 24 after his ongoing battle with ALS affected his health. The actor had been scheduled to appear in person to receive the Advocate of the Year Award.

Organizers confirmed his absence shortly before the event, explaining that Dane was not physically well enough to attend. In a statement shared ahead of the ceremony, the ALS Network said, "The ALS Network has been informed that Eric Dane had hoped to join us this evening to accept his Advocate of the Year Award, but due to the physical realities of ALS, he is not well enough to attend. "Jonathan and I are good," the SKIMS founder explained. "Here is the thing. I have children, and it is extremely difficult to maintain friendships when you are immersed in them. And Jonathan is not going to come and sit in Calabasas. All day, he’s like, always on the move.”

Paris Hilton has returned to Capitol Hill to advocate for stronger legal protections against non-consensual explicit content, drawing from her own experience after a private video of her was leaked when she was 19.

The media personality and businesswoman appeared on Thursday, January 22, to support the Disrupt Explicit Forged Images and Non-Consensual Edits Act, known as the DEFIANCE Act. Standing alongside lawmakers including Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Hilton reflected on the lasting impact of the unauthorized release of an intimate video involving her and former boyfriend Rick Salomon.

"When I was 19 years old, a private, intimate video of me was shared with the world without my consent," Hilton said. "People called it a scandal. It wasn't. It was abuse."
