Kate Gosselin is taking a major step in her recovery after a severe leg injury sidelined her for nearly three months. The Jon & Kate Plus 8 alum, 50, revealed on Dec. 20 that she was cleared to begin walking again following a "life-altering" fracture sustained in September.

"It's walking day!" Gosselin announced in a TikTok video while on her way to a doctor's appointment. "It finally came. I'm so excited I can't even stand it." "I have to start at 25 percent, and then 50 percent, 75 percent, 100 percent," she explained. "So you won't see me really walking immediately, but I'm excited."
