Jessica Biel is standing by her husband Justin Timberlake, but the renewed attention surrounding his past legal troubles has reportedly left her uneasy.

A source tells People exclusively that the actress is "frustrated" following the release of police body camera footage tied to Timberlake's 2024 driving while intoxicated arrest.

"There's a reason they didn't want that video out," the insider explains, noting that the footage has reignited scrutiny the couple had hoped to leave behind.

According to the source, Biel, 44, feels the situation has been "stressful," particularly as the clips "don't exactly show him at his best." Still, despite her disappointment, she has continued to support Timberlake, 45, as they move forward.

"She would rather focus on the present and not revisit something that's already been resolved," the insider adds.

The couple, who married in 2012, share two sons and have largely kept their family life private. The source says Biel remains happiest when concentrating on home life and selectively choosing professional projects.

While supportive, Biel is also candid about her feelings. "She doesn't shy away from expressing when she disagrees with certain choices," the source says. "This situation is one of those times."

Timberlake was arrested in June 2024 after leaving a dinner outing in Sag Harbor, New York. He was initially charged with driving while intoxicated, along with two traffic violations, after being stopped by police.

Bodycam footage released in March shows the singer undergoing field sobriety tests and interacting with officers. At one point, he described the tests as "hard" and admitted his "heart" was racing. He also declined multiple requests to take a breathalyzer.

Despite initial legal efforts to block the footage, it was ultimately made public following a resolution with local authorities. Timberlake later accepted a plea deal that reduced the charge to a lesser offense.
