Bianca Censori, the Australian architect and wife of Kanye West, has been called to testify as a witness in a high-stakes legal battle involving the rapper’s controversial $57 million Malibu property. According to court documents, former project manager Tony Saxon has officially listed Censori as a key witness for the upcoming trial, which is scheduled to begin on February 21, 2026.

The lawsuit, originally filed in November 2023, centers on allegations of grueling labor conditions and unpaid wages during the chaotic gut-renovation of West’s oceanfront estate. Saxon, who served as the property’s caretaker and security from September to November 2021, claims he was forced to work 16-hour days and sleep on the floor of the construction site. He alleges the working relationship collapsed when he refused West’s “dangerous” demands to remove all windows and electricity from the home to transform it into what Saxon described as a “bunker.”

Censori’s involvement marks a significant escalation in the case. While she was not a direct defendant in the original filing, legal analysts suggest her testimony is being sought due to her role as an “intermediary” during the project. Having been hired as the Head of Architecture for West’s Yeezy brand in 2020, Censori reportedly managed high-level discussions regarding the renovation before her personal relationship with West became public.

Stephen Colbert used his February 16 episode of The Late Show to sharply criticize both his own network, CBS, and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), after claiming he was prevented from airing an interview with Texas Democrat James Talarico, who is running for Senate.

"You know who is not one of my guests tonight? That is Texas State Representative James Talarico," Colbert told his audience at the Ed Sullivan Theater. "He was supposed to be here but we were told in no uncertain terms by our network's lawyers, who called us directly, that we could not have him on the broadcast." He added that he was also told he could not even mention the cancellation on air.

Colbert explained that CBS' decision came after FCC chairman Brendan Carr issued warnings about the "equal time" rule, which requires broadcasters to provide equal airtime to all candidates if one is featured. Traditionally, late-night talk shows have been exempt from the rule, with past rulings such as Jay Leno's 2006 interview with Arnold Schwarzenegger establishing that talk shows were not subject to equal-time requirements.

Zendaya admits she initially had a different impression of Robert Pattinson when they first met.

The 29 year old actress and the 39 year old actor spoke candidly in a new cover story for Interview about collaborating on their upcoming film The Drama. Zendaya also reflected on how her fiancé, Tom Holland, saw Pattinson in a completely different light.

"I think it's interesting, because you probably know what I thought about you before I met you, but I don't think I asked you what you thought about me," Zendaya told Pattinson. She continued, noting that when they first met, Pattinson seemed quiet and reserved, which made him appear mysterious. "Then I talked to Tom and he was like, 'No, he's super fun and always laughing and joking,' and I was like, 'Really? I haven't experienced that side of him, I guess.'"

Pattinson responded with humor, admitting that maintaining a mysterious image is difficult. "I've learned again and again that if you just don't speak, people are like, 'Wow. You're really intimidating,' but I just can't maintain it," he said. Zendaya teased that he had kept it up for a while, particularly during the filming of previous movies.
