CBS has set its fall premiere schedule, unveiling return dates for some of its most beloved daytime programs and introducing fresh titles to its lineup. The announcement also highlighted collaborations, crossovers, and industry events that will shape the season ahead.
“The Price Is Right,” the longest consecutively running game show on American television, kicks off its 54th season on September 22. Drew Carey returns as host, alongside announcer George Gray, guiding contestants through another year of games, prizes, and surprises. This season’s premiere introduces a brand-new pricing game, The Lion’s Share, created in partnership with BetMGM. The game will offer participants the chance to win luxury vacations, cars, and a cash jackpot that could climb as high as half a million dollars.
That same day, Let’s Make a Deal launches its 17th season with Wayne Brady reprising his role as host. Regulars Jonathan Mangum, Tiffany Coyne, and Cat Gray will return, with a slate of special guest appearances planned, including Jeff Probst (Survivor), Phil Keoghan (The Amazing Race), and Danielle Pinnock (Ghosts).
CBS’ daytime drama staples are also set to return. The Bold and the Beautiful enters its 39th season on September 15, with storylines promising family reunions, rekindled romances, and high-stakes power moves in the world of fashion. The Young and the Restless, the network’s longest-running scripted series, celebrates its 53rd season beginning October 7. The network teased upcoming arcs involving tested relationships, surprising new romances, and a central mystery filled with shocking revelations. Meanwhile, CBS’ latest drama, Beyond the Gates, continues its freshman season this fall and is set to feature a crossover with The Bold and the Beautiful.
Beyond CBS, Disney Branded Television revealed the trailer for Vampirina: Teenage Vampire, which premieres on September 12 on Disney Channel, with streaming available beginning October 15. The animated series follows tween vampire Vampirina as she leaves Transylvania to attend a performing arts school among humans, balancing her love of music with the challenges of concealing her supernatural identity. The voice cast includes Jiwon Lee, Shaun Dixon, Milo Maharlika, and Kim Coles, with Dan Cross and David Hoge serving as showrunners.
In New York, the Paley Center for Media announced its latest exhibit, Celebrating The Ultimate Workplace Comedy: From The Office to The Paper, running from September 19 to November 16. The exhibit showcases behind-the-scenes insights into Peacock’s The Paper and its spinoff The Office. A red carpet event on September 18 will include a screening and cast discussion with Oscar Nuñez, Alex Edelman, Chelsea Frei, Eric Rahill, and Paul Lieberstein.
Meanwhile, New Regency confirmed its new psychological thriller, Balestra, starring Manny Jacinto and Cush Jumbo, will premiere in late September. The series explores the world of lucid dreaming and competitive fencing, featuring additional cast members James Badge Dale and Christin Park.
Rounding out the announcements, the National Association of Television Program Executives revealed a new executive board comprised of leaders from Amazon, Lionsgate, NBCUniversal, Sony, Apple TV+, Netflix, Warner Bros. Discovery, and BBC Studios, among others. The organization will host its 2026 global conference in Miami, co-located with the Realscreen Summit, with keynote appearances scheduled from Dhar Mann and Sean Cohan.
With returning favorites, bold new programming, and industry-shaping events, fall 2025 is set to deliver a packed season across television networks and platforms.
