New tax filings, first reported by The New York Times show that Gates transferred approximately $7.88 billion to Melinda’s private philanthropic organization, Pivotal Philanthropies Foundation, marking one of the largest charitable payouts in history.

The speculation surfaced on Saturday, Jan. 10, when several TikTok users circulated screenshots and commentary alleging that the Rhode founder, 29, had reshared a video analysing what the creator described as abusive celebrity relationships. The video in question referenced Hailey and her husband Justin, 31, prompting swift online discussion.
