Kristin Cavallari has finally confirmed the long-rumoured fling with Southern Charm star Craig Conover, revealing new details about their brief romance and its overlap with Conover's relationship with Paige DeSorbo.

Appearing on Watch What Happens Live on June 4, Cavallari didn't hold back when host Andy Cohen pressed her on the subject. "Craig and I were friends first, became romantic for two seconds," she said. However, once she realized Conover was also involved with DeSorbo, Cavallari chose to step away. "The second I caught wind of Paige, I very politely excused myself from the situation."

When Cohen asked if there was "overlap" between the relationships, Cavallari acknowledged it. "There was a picture of Craig and Paige in New York—I'll never forget it—and it looked like they were sort of together," she said. "That was the first time I had heard about it." She continued, "I saw that picture, and I texted him and I said, 'Hey, let's just be friends. I don't want to get in the middle of this.'"

Conover and DeSorbo later confirmed their relationship in October 2021 and dated for three years before splitting in November 2024. Cavallari made it clear there's no chance of rekindling anything with Conover. "No, no. I love Craig as a friend," she stated.

Their history dates back to 2020 following Cavallari's divorce from Jay Cutler. While she was also linked to Austen Kroll, Cavallari previously dismissed romance rumours, stating in 2021, "These two guys who I have been linked to... are my friends. That's it."

Despite early denials, Cavallari admitted in a 2023 episode of WWHL that she "may have been drunk one night and kissed Craig." The revelation about their "love triangle" was further discussed in the June 4 premiere of her new E! series Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour, where Cavallari reunites with Conover. "Craig came on my podcast tour... I grilled him about some stuff too. It's all gonna be on the show," she teased.

She also shared during the premiere a separate story about a night with Top Gun star Glen Powell. "I never f--ked him, I'm just putting that out there," she clarified, confirming instead they only "dry humped."

Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on E!.
