Kelly Clarkson is officially heading back to Las Vegas. The Grammy Award-winning singer has announced new 2026 dates for her Kelly Clarkson: Studio Sessions residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The announcement comes just months after the death of her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, who passed away in August following a three-year battle with melanoma.
Clarkson, 43, shared the news on Instagram on November 3, writing, "New Vegas shows have been added! Come see me at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Tickets on sale Friday!" The new performances are scheduled for August 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026.
Tickets for the newly added shows will be available to the public starting November 7 at 10 a.m. PT. Citi card members will have access to presale tickets from November 4 at 10 a.m. PT through November 6 at 10 p.m. PT. Additional presales for Caesars Rewards members, Live Nation and Ticketmaster customers, and Clarkson's fan club will run through November 6.
The new shows expand on Clarkson's already scheduled residency dates, which include performances on July 17, 18, 24, 25, and 31, as well as August 1, 2026. Limited tickets remain available for those shows. Her next appearances will take place this November on the 7th, 8th, 14th, and 15th — her first performances since Blackstock's passing.
Clarkson originally launched her Studio Sessions residency earlier this year, delivering powerful live renditions of hits such as "Stronger," "Since U Been Gone," and "Breakaway," along with new tracks "Mine" and "Where Have You Been." However, she postponed several dates in August, citing her ex-husband's declining health. "While I normally keep my personal life private, this past year, my children's father has been ill and at this moment, I need to be fully present for them," she wrote on Instagram at the time.
A day later, Blackstock's family confirmed his death. "It is with great sadness that we share the news that Brandon Blackstock has passed away. Brandon bravely battled cancer for more than three years. He passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family," a family representative said in a statement.
The American Idol alum and Blackstock were married for seven years before finalizing their divorce in 2022. They shared two children — daughter River, 11, and son Remington, 9 — and Blackstock also had two older children, Savannah and Seth, from a previous marriage.
Since his passing, Clarkson has focused on her children and returned to her talk show in September, opening the season with a performance of The Weeknd's "Blinding Lights."
