Sony Pictures Classics has secured the North American and worldwide airline rights to Nuremberg, a historical thriller from director and writer James Vanderbilt. The acquisition, announced Wednesday, comes ahead of the film’s planned nationwide theatrical release on November 7, just in time for the 80th anniversary of the Nuremberg Trials.

Denis Villeneuve is officially set to direct the next James Bond film, Amazon MGM Studios has confirmed. The Oscar-nominated director behind Dune and Blade Runner 2049 will helm the latest chapter in the iconic spy saga, with longtime collaborator Tanya Lapointe joining as executive producer.
