Travis Kelce is looking forward to celebrating the festive season with Taylor Swift for the first time since becoming husband and wife, with the Kansas City Chiefs star eager to embrace familiar Christmas traditions while creating new ones together.

The 37-year-old football player shared his excitement in an interview with Women's Wear Daily (WWD) on Thursday, November 5, while discussing his involvement in Tommy Hilfiger's winter 2026 holiday campaign, titled "The Perfect Holiday."

"I'm excited for my first holiday as a married man," Kelce said, adding, "I love all the old traditions and can't wait to start some new ones." He also revealed when his celebrations typically begin, saying, "I start celebrating as that tree goes up."

Kelce and Swift exchanged vows at Madison Square Garden in New York City on July 3, making this their first holiday season together as a married couple. The football star has previously spoken warmly about their wedding, describing it as "the best night of my life."

During a September appearance on ESPN with Chris Berman, Kelce reflected on the occasion, saying, "Marrying Taylor was more than I could have ever dreamed it to be," before expressing gratitude for the people who attended.

He also discussed the wedding on the September 2 episode of his New Heights podcast, which he co-hosts with his brother Jason Kelce. "Me and Taylor are so thankful for everybody that showed up," he said, describing the celebrations as "just so magical man, I wish it could have lasted longer than it did."

Kelce particularly enjoyed seeing friends and family members from different stages of their lives come together. He said it was "so cool to see everyone from my childhood not only mesh with Taylor," alongside people from her childhood, family, professional circles and friendships.
