Kylie Jenner is talking about the challenges she faced while carrying her son, Aire Webster.

During her May 13 appearance on Jake Shane's Therapuss podcast, the 28-year-old beauty mogul revealed that her second pregnancy was far more complicated than her first.

She recalled waking up at just 12 weeks unable to walk. "I had crazy sciatica pain and crazy lower back pain," Jenner said, noting that the discomfort has lingered for more than three years.

Jenner explained that doctors eventually placed her on bed rest after discovering she was already three centimetres dilated.

"Lots of things were happening with my vagina. I was three centimetres dilated for like a month and a half, two months, the baby was falling out," she admitted.

The Kardashians star compared her two pregnancies, saying her first with daughter Stormi was "a breeze." With Aire, however, she struggled with severe nausea and relied on food to ease it.

"I ate a pint of ice cream every night. I just dove right in," she confessed. "Lots of ice cream. Just lots of carbs. Bagels."

Weight gain was another challenge. Jenner said she put on 65 pounds while pregnant with Aire, compared to 60 pounds with Stormi. "I really wanted to work out," she explained, adding that she had "high expectations" because she felt she was in the "best shape" of her life before the pregnancy.

Reflecting on her first pregnancy at 19, Jenner admitted she was terrified to share the news with her parents. "I was freaking out. I was really scared to tell my parents," she said.

"But there was something just inside of me that knew that I wanted to do this... even if I have to do this alone." She later revealed that her family was supportive and "no one was mad."

Jenner also revisited her decision to keep Stormi's pregnancy hidden from the public. She said she barely left the house at the time, believing secrecy was a way of protecting herself.

When she finally announced the news, the emotions overwhelmed her. "I sobbed for three hours because it felt like so much weight on my shoulders," she recalled. "It was just so emotional. And I'm like, 'Maybe next time I wouldn't do that.'"
