Paris Hilton is preparing to share her life story on the big screen with the release of her new documentary film, Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir, which arrives in theaters on Jan. 30. The entrepreneur and media personality described the project as deeply personal and rooted in empowerment, saying it is ultimately about encouraging others to live authentically and take control of their own narratives.
Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE at the 2025 TikTok Awards in Los Angeles on Dec. 18, Hilton said she feels proud of the finished film and what it represents. The 44 year old, who accepted the Muse of the Year award at the event, explained that being an "infinite icon" means inspiring people to be true to themselves while striving to make a positive impact on the world.
The documentary takes its name from Hilton's second studio album, Infinite Icon, released in September 2024. At the time, she said the album symbolized her personal and professional evolution from her early public image in the 2000s to her current role as a businesswoman, creative and advocate. The film builds on that idea by exploring how music has played a central role throughout her life.
According to Hilton's official website, the documentary traces her musical journey from childhood dreams through adolescence and into her reinvention as an artist. It blends concert footage, archival material, candid behind the scenes moments, previously unseen home videos, original narration and new interviews. The film also reflects on how music helped her heal following traumatic experiences in troubled teen programs and intense media scrutiny during the early stages of her fame.
Each chapter of the documentary is designed to draw audiences deeper into Hilton's story through immersive visuals and documentary storytelling, charting the evolution of her identity and public perception. Hilton has said that reclaiming her narrative has been a powerful experience, allowing her to step away from being defined by others and instead shape her own story.
Away from the spotlight, Hilton's life centers on her family. She is married to entrepreneur Carter Reum and is a mother to two young children, son Phoenix Barron, who turns three in January, and daughter London Marilyn, who is two. Hilton has frequently spoken about how motherhood has reshaped her priorities and outlook.
Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir will be released in theaters on Jan. 30, offering audiences an intimate look at Hilton's journey, resilience and ongoing reinvention.
