Kendall Jenner is setting the record straight on long-running speculation about her appearance, directly addressing rumors that she has undergone extensive plastic surgery and detailing the limited cosmetic treatments she says she has actually had.
She appeared on the In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele podcast on Jan. 9, where she responded to claims circulating online that she has altered her face surgically. "When a person on the internet wants to believe something, there's no convincing them otherwise," Jenner said. "I'm not going to sit here and convince anyone that I haven't had — there's a whole world on the internet that thinks I've had full facial reconstruction."
Jenner firmly denied those claims, stating, "I've never had any plastic surgery on my face. Nothing." She added that she has "never had any work done," including a rhinoplasty, despite persistent nose job allegations. Addressing those rumors directly, she said, "The nose job allegations I've gotten, I would believe them if it wasn't me."
The model explained that changes in her appearance over time were natural and, in part, related to her acne treatment. She said her nose appeared wider when she was younger and that she later used Accutane, a medication prescribed for severe acne. Jenner suggested the treatment may have reduced inflammation, making her nose appear slimmer, though she stressed she has never had surgery.
While denying plastic surgery, Jenner acknowledged undergoing minimal cosmetic procedures. "I swear to God, I've done two rounds of baby Botox in my forehead — and that's it," she said, noting she later realized she prefers not using it. She explained that baby Botox involves very small amounts meant to address fine lines and added that she enjoys having natural facial movement.
Jenner also shared that she has tried PRP (platelet-rich plasma) treatments and microneedling, both non-surgical skincare procedures commonly used to improve skin texture and tone. Beyond those treatments, she said she has not altered her appearance.
During the podcast, Jenner criticized social media trends where professionals analyze celebrities' faces and list alleged cosmetic procedures. She described such content as "damaging," especially for young people who may feel pressured to change their appearance. "Then they see that and they're like, 'Oh my God, that's what I have to do to look like that?'" she said.
Jenner admitted that, like anyone else, she sometimes struggles with insecurities. However, she noted that her perspective has changed with age, saying that as she gets older, she cares less about outside opinions.
Her comments come as several members of her family, including Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Khloé Kardashian, have openly discussed their own cosmetic procedures in recent years.
