Pink ushered in the new year from a hospital room, sharing a candid health update and an emotional reflection on resilience, recovery and moving forward.

The singer, 46, posted a smiling selfie from her hospital bed on New Year's Eve, revealing she had undergone neck surgery involving a double disc replacement. While much of her family was away snowboarding, Pink said spending the night alone was a conscious decision centered on her well-being.

"I am leaving behind all of my hurt in 2025," she wrote, describing the past year as one filled with both heartbreak and unexpected beauty.

Despite the challenges, Pink reflected on the joy she found in everyday moments — parenting her children, supporting their dreams, and embracing life in all its messiness. She emphasized that even difficult seasons can hold meaning when viewed through gratitude and love.

As she looks toward 2026, the musician said she is paying closer attention to her body and what it needs. Addressing her surgery with honesty and humor, she added, "It may not be a fancy facelift, but I am getting two new shiny discs in my neck."

Pink acknowledged that her career has taken a physical toll over the years, joking, "Rock 'n' roll is a contact sport," while stressing that healing now is part of protecting her future.

Although she spent the holiday in a hospital room, she said the experience gave her clarity and hope. "I know that 2026 is going to be better because that is the choice that I have made," she shared.

The singer closed her message with a hopeful note, encouraging others to care for themselves and one another, and to move into the new year with intention. "I choose joy and I leave behind the hurt," she wrote.

Meanwhile, her husband Carey Hart marked the holiday with their children, Willow and Jameson, sharing snapshots from the slopes and celebrating family time.

Pink has previously spoken openly about health setbacks, surgeries and recovery periods, but remains determined to return stronger. This latest chapter, she suggests, is less about slowing down — and more about sustaining herself for what comes next.
