Controversial influencer Andrew Tate is facing shocking new allegations from his ex-girlfriend, model Brianna Stern, who claims he deliberately orchestrated a situation to trap her in Dubai for six weeks. The claims were made in an updated civil lawsuit filed by Stern’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, which now includes charges of false imprisonment and emotional distress, adding to an earlier accusation of sexual assault.

According to court documents shared with TMZ, Stern alleges that Tate filed a false police report against her in Dubai in June 2025. The report accused Stern of posting lies about him online, which is considered a crime under UAE law and can trigger a travel ban for anyone under investigation.

Stern, who often travels to Dubai for work as a model, claims the move was a deliberate “honeypot trap” set by Tate, who knew she would eventually fly into the country. She arrived in Dubai on September 27, 2025, but when she attempted to fly back home on October 12, airport officials stopped her, informing her that she was under investigation and could not leave. Officials reportedly showed her social media posts, which she claims were fabricated.

For the next six weeks, Stern’s life in Dubai changed drastically. She states police confiscated her phone and questioned her repeatedly. She was unable to return to the united States and claims that when she sought assistance from the U.S. Embassy, officials told her they were unable to intervene.

Her fears were heightened during this period when she began receiving threatening messages on social media, including warnings that “Tate’s gonna get you.” She believes these messages came from Tate’s supporters. Adding to her distress, she saw reports that Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate had also arrived in Dubai. Stern had previously secured a three-year restraining order against Andrew Tate in the U.S. in September, banning him from contacting or approaching her.

Stern was finally able to return to Los Angeles around November 21, though court papers do not detail how her travel ban was ultimately lifted. Tate’s attorneys have previously denied all allegations of abuse, labeling Stern’s claims as “unfounded and sensational.”
