Dolly Parton shared blessings and warm wishes with her fans this Thanksgiving.

On Thursday, Nov. 27, the 79-year-old country legend posted a message on Instagram sending a Happy Thanksgiving to her followers while acknowledging the health challenges she has faced recently.

"Well hey! It's Dolly here, and I want to wish all of you and your family blessings this Thanksgiving. I am so thankful for all of you and for the memories that we've shared through the years," she said.

Parton continued by adding, "So Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and just know that I will always love you."

She captioned the video with, "Wishing you and your family blessings this Thanksgiving ❤️."

Fans quickly filled the comment section with messages of love and support.

"You've been a sweet comfort to me since my childhood. You are a shining beacon of light and hope in this dark world and like so many, I love you Dolly! Wishing you every bit of good, light, and love this holiday season and always," one fan wrote.

Another added, "happy thanksgiving dolly! thankful for you!"

A third fan commented, "And we will ALWAYS love you dear Dolly!"

Someone else sent a heartfelt note, saying, "Dolly, Happy Thanksgiving. I know how hard it is to have a vacant spot at the table. Wishing you a blessed day with your family," referencing the death of her husband, Carl Dean, who passed away in March at age 82.

Parton's holiday message comes shortly after she accepted her induction into the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions Hall of Fame virtually on Monday, Nov. 17, due to recent health issues.

In her message to IAAPA, she said, "Well hey there, it's Dolly. And I sure wish I could be with you in person today, but you probably heard that I've been dealing with a few health challenges this fall, and my doctors told me to take it easy for just a little while." She thanked her Dollywood business partners and apologized for not attending in person.

This honor followed her receiving the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in a video message at the 2025 Governors Awards. She called the recognition a "great honor" and "a blessing of a lifetime."

Parton also recently postponed her Las Vegas residency from December to September 2026. A source told PEOPLE she is recovering well at home, enjoying visits from friends and family, and has already begun decorating for the holidays, which remain her favorite time of year.
