The White Lotus star, 53, responded on Instagram after Davidson suggested that fans might eventually grow tired of him. Davidson, 31, made the comments during a September 23 episode of Theo Von's "This Past Weekend" podcast, where he discussed the rapid rise of certain actors.

"Look at Pedro Pascal right now," Davidson said, referencing the The Last of Us star. "Two years ago, he's a hardworking actor, then he blows up so hard. A year later, he's in everything and people start saying, 'Go away, dude.' They're gonna do it with Walton Goggins next."Goggins reacted by sharing screenshots of the Hollywood Reporter article covering Davidson's remarks alongside personal travel photos. In a thoughtful caption, he addressed the situation directly.

"I saw this article and had to respond," Goggins wrote. "Pete, we don't know each other, but I appreciate the heads up. You're right about one thing, Pedro Pascal isn't just good, he's great."

Reflecting on his late-in-life surge of popularity, Goggins acknowledged that fame is never permanent. "As a 53-year-old, I'm aware every experience has a shelf life. I know some of you might already be tired of hearing me talk — trust me, I'm tired of hearing myself too," he admitted.

Goggins encouraged fans not to feel obligated to engage with every headline featuring his name. "Being included in this conversation isn't a curse, it's a blessing," he wrote. "Way more than a poor kid from Georgia ever imagined. I wouldn't take a single moment back." The actor ended his post with a bold statement: "If this prediction is my fate, well, f*** it. I'm going to enjoy the F*** OUT OF IT."

Goggins' White Lotus co-star Patrick Schwarzenegger commented, "Keep going brother ❤️," while fans praised his candid response. The Emmy-nominated actor will next return for season 2 of Prime Video's Fallout and is set to appear in upcoming projects including Batso and Harry and the Mutant Mid-Century Furniture.
