Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing yet another legal battle as his longtime stylist and creative associate, Deonte Nash, has filed a lawsuit accusing the music mogul of sexual battery, assault and a decade of abuse. The case, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, paints a troubling picture of the environment Nash says he endured while working closely with Diddy between 2008 and 2018.

According to the lawsuit, Nash was just 21 years old when he began working for Combs. During that time, he alleges he was subjected to repeated unwanted sexual advances, groping and humiliating encounters. Nash claims that Diddy exposed himself to him at a party around 2013 or 2014, forced his hand onto his genitals in 2016, and on several occasions touched or pressed against him inappropriately. One incident described in the filing details how Diddy allegedly “grinded” against Nash during a fitting in 2018.

Beyond the sexual misconduct, Nash also accuses Diddy of physical violence. The lawsuit states that in 2013, Nash was violently strangled after intervening during what he describes as an assault on Diddy’s then-girlfriend, singer Cassie Ventura. On another occasion, Nash says he was thrown onto a car and attacked after angering Combs by dining with Ventura without permission.

The filing goes further to include claims of human trafficking, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Nash contends that even after leaving Diddy’s employment, he continued to face threats and intimidation, suggesting that the control extended beyond the workplace.

In response, Combs’ attorney, Erica Wolff, has categorically denied the allegations, calling them sensationalized and false. She has insisted that Diddy has never assaulted Nash or anyone else and vowed to fight the claims vigorously in court.

The lawsuit follows a series of other civil cases brought against Diddy in recent years, as well as a criminal trial earlier this year where Nash testified about his experiences. While the criminal case ended with mixed verdicts for Combs, the new civil filing keeps the spotlight firmly on him as more of his former associates step forward with accusations.

For now, the lawsuit adds to the growing list of legal challenges facing the Bad Boy Records founder, and it signals that the scrutiny surrounding his personal and professional life is far from over.
