Emilie Kiser has broken her silence three months after the tragic death of her 3-year-old son, Trigg, who drowned in the family's backyard pool on May 12.

In a heartfelt TikTok post, the Arizona-based influencer described the difficulty of finding words to express her grief. "Loss of this magnitude feels impossible to put into words," she wrote. "I've spent days, weeks, months trying to find them and also the time I've needed to digest the loss of my baby."

The boy was hospitalized after the incident and died six days later, on May 18. Police reports later indicated he had been unsupervised in the backyard for more than nine minutes, with seven of those minutes spent in the pool.

Kiser acknowledged the weight of responsibility she carries as a mother. "I take full accountability, and I know I should have done more to protect him," she said. "One of the hardest lessons I carry is that a permanent pool fence could have saved his life, and it's something I will never overlook again. I hope Trigg's story will help prevent other families from facing this loss."

She described Trigg as "our baby and our best friend," remembering his "bright, pure, joyful spirit" and the "unbearable" void left by his absence.

The influencer also took time to thank her support system. "We truly have the best and most supportive friends and family who have carried us through this," she wrote, while also extending gratitude to her online community for their compassion and patience.

Reflecting on her platform, Kiser said the tragedy has reshaped how she views sharing her family life online. "When I started social media, my goal was to connect with other moms. But through this tragedy, I've seen how relationships online can lack boundaries, especially in protecting children's privacy."

She concluded her statement with a promise to set stricter boundaries going forward. "Right now, all I can say is thank you for the love, compassion, and space you've given us to grieve. I'm more grateful than I can ever express."
