Concerns surrounding Justin Bieber's mental health have intensified amid reports of troubling behavior both online and in public. According to TMZ, renowned psychotherapist Dr. Jenn Mann has voiced serious concerns about the singer's escalating anger issues and apparent inability to manage his emotions in healthy ways.

"We're seeing his anger issues escalate," Dr. Mann told TMZ, noting that Bieber lacks the necessary coping mechanisms to handle the emotional trauma he has publicly acknowledged. Her remarks follow a string of incidents involving the pop star, including viral footage of him confronting paparazzi and his own social media posts referencing substance use.

In a recent Instagram Story, Bieber confessed, "People keep telling me to heal. Don't you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already? I know I'm broken. I know I have anger issues." He added, "Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others. Because honestly, I'm exhausted with thinking about myself lately."

Dr. Mann pointed out that this kind of public emotional release may signal deeper unresolved issues, and she urged the singer to seek professional help. She also warned that Bieber's behaviour could have negative effects on those closest to him—especially his wife, Hailey Bieber. Referencing a moment Bieber reportedly told Hailey she'd "never get a Vogue cover," Dr. Mann said the comment itself was damaging, but sharing it publicly only deepened the concern.

Bieber also has an increasingly tense relationship with paparazzi. In one incident captured on video, Bieber was seen telling photographers to "get out of my face," saying, "I'm a real man with a real family," and stressing that unwanted attention from strangers was not "normal." When one paparazzo wished him a happy Father's Day, Bieber shut it down firmly.

Bieber's recent public appearances have raised eyebrows. He was seen looking unwell while leaving a bank in Beverly Hills, only to find a parking ticket waiting due to his car's height and missing license plate.

While Bieber's struggles are playing out in the spotlight, Dr. Mann emphasized that without professional intervention, "it may continue to get worse."
