However, the club is currently experiencing its worst form in 18 years, a slump highlighted by a recent 2-1 loss to Aston Villa. With only one win in their last eleven matches and six league defeats, they've fallen to seventh place, 12 points behind Liverpool with a game in hand. Furthermore, their Champions League knockout stage qualification is also at risk after just two wins in six matches.
