Iran issued a stark warning on Wednesday, threatening "all-out war" should the United States intervene in its ongoing conflict with Israel. The caution, voiced by Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei during an interview with Al Jazeera, underscores the region's rising volatility after six consecutive days of military exchanges.

"Any American intervention would be a recipe for an all-out war in the region," Baghaei stated. His words coincided with reports that Tehran had begun preparing missile strikes against U.S. military bases, particularly in Iraq, should Washington escalate its involvement.

Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei reinforced the message, declaring, "America should know that any military intervention will undoubtedly result in irreparable damage." Khamenei also dismissed U.S. President Donald Trump's call for unconditional surrender, asserting, "The Iranian nation will never surrender. We do not respond well to threats."

The warning followed a barrage of Israeli airstrikes on Tehran overnight, including hits on missile factories and nuclear-related infrastructure. Israel's military confirmed 50 fighter jets targeted 20 locations, including centrifuge production facilities. According to the International Atomic Energy Agency, strikes damaged facilities in Karaj and Tehran previously used for developing advanced centrifuge components.

In response, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) launched missiles at Israel, with some aimed at Tel Aviv. The IRGC claimed its Fattah-1 hypersonic missiles targeted key Israeli areas, boasting they "shook the shelters" in central Israel. Hypersonic missiles, capable of maneuvering at five times the speed of sound, present a serious challenge to existing air defense systems.

The Israeli Ministry of Health reported 94 injuries following the strikes. Meanwhile, satellite imagery confirmed the intensity of Tehran's bombardment and widespread civilian panic as thousands fled the capital.

In Washington, President Trump posted on Truth Social, warning that Iran's leadership was known and "easily targetable." He added, "Our patience is wearing thin," signaling possible retaliation. U.S. military reinforcements, including the USS Nimitz, are already en route to the region.

Iran's ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva, Ali Bahreini, dismissed Trump's remarks as "hostile," adding, "We will respond seriously and strongly, without restraint."

As diplomatic efforts falter, analysts warn that one misstep could spiral into a broader regional war — with the U.S. caught squarely in the middle of escalating hostilities.
