Will Smith is facing a lawsuit from a musician who alleges sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination during the actor's 2025 global tour.

Professional violinist Brian King Joseph filed a complaint on Dec. 30 in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles against Smith and his company, Treyball Studios Management, Inc. The lawsuit claims Joseph was subjected to inappropriate conduct after being invited to join Smith's Based on a True Story: 2025 tour.

Tommy Lee Jones' daughter, Victoria Jones, was found dead at a California hotel on New Year's Day.

The 34-year-old was discovered at the Fairmont in San Francisco on Thursday morning, Page Six has confirmed.

A spokesperson for the fire department told us that paramedics responded to a call at the hotel's address at 2:52 a.m. for reports of a medical emergency.

"Bystanders were given instructions for CPR according to CAD records," the spokesperson said.

Jennifer Lopez poked fun at her romantic history while offering a thoughtful reflection on personal growth during the opening night of her Las Vegas residency, subtly referencing her divorce from Ben Affleck.

The singer and actress, 56, kicked off her Up All Night concert series at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Tuesday, December 30. Speaking to the crowd, Lopez reflected on how much her life has changed since her last Las Vegas residency nearly a decade ago at Planet Hollywood's Zappos Theater.

"It's such a huge honor to be asked back," she told fans. "Do you know it's been 10 years since my last residency here. Almost exactly 10 years. It was in January. That time went by in a blink, didn't it?"

She then added with a laugh, "And in that time, I've only been married twice," prompting laughter from the audience. Lopez quickly corrected herself, joking, "That's not true. It was only once. It felt like twice," drawing even louder reactions.

Franky Venegas, one half of the viral rap duo the Island Boys, began the new year in custody after being arrested in Florida on New Year's Eve in connection with alleged drug-related offenses.

Law enforcement officials say the 24-year-old was taken into custody Wednesday night and booked into the Collier County Jail in Naples. Venegas faces a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was photographed in a new mug shot at the time of booking. He is currently being held without bond due to an existing legal matter.
