New York Fashion Week has once again transformed Manhattan into a meeting point for fashion, entertainment and celebrity culture, with some of the biggest names gathering to preview the latest designs.

Among those commanding attention were Gigi Hadid, Kate Moss, Camila Cabello, Victoria Justice and Patrick Schwarzenegger, who attended Tommy Hilfiger's Spring 2027 runway show at The Plaza Hotel on September 10.

The event attracted attention not only because of Hilfiger's latest collection but also because of the celebrity packed front row. Newlyweds Jordyn Woods and Karl Anthony Towns were among those attending, with the pair coordinating their looks in Tommy Hilfiger pieces.

Woods wore a Tommy Hilfiger shirt while the New York Knicks star complemented her appearance in a matching hoodie, demonstrating how coordinated fashion continues to play a major role in celebrity appearances.

Hilfiger's connection with celebrities extends beyond the runway. His latest Fall 2026 campaign brought together a particularly unexpected group featuring football star Travis Kelce, model Gigi Hadid, musician Peggy Gou, former NBA player Carmelo Anthony and tennis star Frances Tiafoe.

Kelce appeared in the campaign wearing a classic combination of a Tommy Hilfiger hoodie, camel coat and jeans. According to the designer, the outfit reflected Kelce's personal style while maintaining the label's signature combination of simplicity and confidence.

The campaign also featured Kelce's famous four legged companion, Wendy, the Samoyed dog he shares with singer Taylor Swift. The appearance effectively gave Wendy her own introduction to the fashion world.

Kelce previously explained that Swift supported the decision to include their dog in the campaign. He described Wendy as a natural fit for the brand's visual identity and said she appeared comfortable during the shoot.

The appearance has added another layer to the increasingly blurred relationship between celebrity culture and fashion marketing. Major brands are no longer relying solely on professional models to present their collections. Athletes, musicians, actors and even celebrity pets are increasingly becoming part of campaigns designed to generate conversation online.

For Tommy Hilfiger, the strategy appears to be working. The presence of major personalities at the Spring 2027 show helped transform the runway into more than a traditional fashion presentation.

As New York Fashion Week continues, celebrities remain an important part of the spectacle, influencing what audiences notice, discuss and eventually purchase.

And if Wendy's appearance is anything to go by, the fashion industry may soon have to make room for a new category of runway stars who have four paws and absolutely no interest in learning how to pose on command.
