Britney Spears has once again deactivated her Instagram account, sparking fresh concern among fans following a series of unsettling posts and renewed conflict with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

On Sunday, November 2, the 43-year-old pop icon's account vanished from the platform. Visitors attempting to view her page were met with a message stating that her "profile may have been removed." The move came shortly after Spears shared several erratic videos — including one that showed bruises on her arms and bandages wrapped around her wrists.

In that post, Spears explained that she had fallen down a flight of stairs while visiting a friend, adding, "My boys had to leave and go back to Maui ... this is how I express myself and pray through art." The Toxic singer also emphasized that she was not seeking "concern or pity," but simply trying to "be a good woman and be better."

Recent weeks have seen Spears posting a stream of cryptic captions referencing her sons, Jayden James, 19, and Sean Preston, 20. The posts, many of which had comments disabled, coincided with the release of Federline's explosive memoir, You Thought You Knew, which revisits their turbulent marriage and accuses the singer of erratic and harmful behavior during her years under conservatorship.

In one excerpt, Federline alleges that Spears once "punched" their eldest son and intentionally gave shellfish to the younger despite his allergy. He also claims her behavior grew increasingly volatile after her conservatorship ended in 2021, suggesting that "something bad is going to happen if things don't change."

Spears, however, has pushed back on social media, accusing her ex of "gaslighting" her and profiting off her pain. "To be loved unconditionally and not have to be perfect ... that's all I ask," she wrote in a recent X post.

Representatives for Spears have yet to comment publicly, though insiders insist the singer remains surrounded by "supportive people" as she continues navigating the fallout of both her personal struggles and the lingering shadows of her past.
