Kim Kardashian has given an update on her health following the news that doctors discovered a small brain aneurysm during the new season of The Kardashians.

Speaking on Good Morning America on October 28, the SKIMS founder explained that she underwent further tests after the initial diagnosis. "You'll see in the next episode, I did go and get a Prenuvo scan," she said. "And I had to end up going and getting tons of other brain scans at Cedars-Sinai with all the team. Just tune in next week, but everything works out."

Kim emphasized the importance of staying on top of one's health, adding that regular checkups are key. "It's just a good measure to make sure you always check everything," she said. "Health is wealth, and you have to be careful with everything that you do."

The reality star first revealed the diagnosis in the season premiere of The Kardashians on October 22. In one emotional scene, she tells her sister Kourtney Kardashian, "There's like a little aneurysm," after doctors detected a small bulge in a blood vessel during a scan.

Visibly shaken, Kourtney reacted with concern, and Kim was later seen in tears asking, "Why is this happening to me?"

Doctors reportedly linked the issue to stress, something Kim admitted she has been dealing with since her 2022 divorce from Kanye West. The couple, who married in 2014, share four children — North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6.

On the show, Kim revealed that her psoriasis had flared up again after remaining dormant since her divorce. She mentioned that the condition tends to return whenever she experiences emotional strain, which she linked to the stress caused by West's public remarks about their children.

In a confessional, Kim acknowledged that she had spent years feeling obligated to protect her ex-husband, comparing the situation to Stockholm syndrome. She added that she has now shifted her focus toward maintaining her own peace of mind and no longer allows herself to be overwhelmed by those concerns.

New episodes of The Kardashians air Thursdays on Hulu, where Kim's health journey continues to unfold.
