Lana Del Rey has responded to ongoing speculation about whether she has undergone plastic surgery, clarifying that she has never been under the knife. Instead, the singer revealed that she had a nonsurgical procedure known as a "liquid nose job." The clarification came after a fan suggested that her nose looked significantly different from her earlier years, sparking online debate. In response, Del Rey explained that dermal fillers were used to build up the bridge of her nose, creating a smoother appearance without surgery.

In her statement, the singer emphasized that the procedure takes only seven minutes and does not involve anesthesia, making it far less invasive than traditional rhinoplasty. However, the results are temporary, lasting only a few months before requiring touch-ups. The Cleveland Clinic describes liquid nose jobs as cosmetic procedures that can alter the nose's shape using fillers, though the changes are not permanent.

Del Rey also addressed the resurfacing of old photographs used in comparisons, claiming that those images had been leaked years ago without her consent in violation of medical privacy laws. She expressed frustration that the unauthorized release continues to fuel rumors about her appearance.

The revelation places Del Rey among a growing list of celebrities who have chosen to publicly address speculation about cosmetic enhancements. Drake recently dismissed rumors that he had undergone surgery to enhance his abdominal muscles, explaining that photo editing was responsible for the altered images that circulated online. He humorously added that people even accused him of having a Brazilian Butt Lift, a claim he denied while acknowledging the commonality of cosmetic surgery in celebrity culture.

Her candid response not only clarified misconceptions but also highlighted the reality that less invasive cosmetic procedures are becoming more common in the entertainment industry.
