Kate Gosselin has found a new partner. The former cast member of Jon & Kate Plus 8 revealed that she is in a relationship and that they have been together for a while.
In a TikTok Q&A video posted on September 22, Kate stated, "I have been dating someone for a year—just over a year," and that they had been together for "14, 15 months."
After ten years of marriage to Jon Gosselin, the 50-year-old is now "super, super happy" about her new relationship. "It's somebody that I've known for a really long time," she disclosed.
Kate's boyfriend, whom she did not identify, does, however, want their relationship to remain private.
She admitted, "He doesn't really want to be on TikToks." I suppose you can't really blame him. However, it is possible that you will occasionally see him in the future.
After her divorce from Jon in 2009, she has been the subject of rumors regarding her romantic life. She and Jon have twin daughters, Mady and Cara, who are 24 years old, and sextuplets, Alexis, Hannah, Leah, Collin, Aaden, and Joel, who are 21 years old.
With her 2019 TLC reality show Kate Plus Date, the TV personality even received some dating assistance as she partnered with relationship and dating experts to find the right match.
Kate, who once sparked romance rumors with businessman Jeff Prescott and bodyguard Steve Neild, has been open about the possibility of falling in love again over the years, particularly as her children have grown older and left home.
"I will never say never because I mean maybe, I don't know," she admitted to People in 2023. "I have no idea what it will be like to spend all of my time at home alone. Perhaps I will become...lonely.
At the time, the TLC star admitted that she likes to “stay to myself.”
"I know I've said this for years and it's boring," she said, "but it's like, I'm not really a go-out, hangout-places person, so I'm not really going to meet anybody.
