There is a hint of sweetness in Keke Palmer's most recent platter of hot wings. After all, the actor from Nope used her lip gloss to counteract the heat. When host Sean Evans admitted to having a crush on Keke during her appearance on Hot Ones on September 15, Keke kissed him.
At the end of the episode, 32-year-old Keke said, "There's one more thing I'd like to say, Sean." In an interview, you claimed that I was your favorite guest and other such lovely things. And even though we've just recently had some wings, I figured we could at least share a quick kiss to check for chemistry.
The 39-year-old Sean blushed and accepted the kiss without hesitation, yelling to the Queens star, “Yeah, let’s do it.”
The pair then got up from the table and kissed each other, having previously connected on Hot Ones in 2017 and 2021. The show's crew also included a few distant fireworks as evidence of their chemistry, if their ebullient reactions weren't enough.
Keke praised the exchange, saying, "The spark was sparking." Sean responded sweetly, "I'll have that snapshot when I'm dying and my life flashes before my eyes."
In fact, Sean admitted in 2023 that he was enamored with the True Jackson vice president. In November of that year, Amelia asked the Hot Ones host if he "ever had a crush" on one of his guests during his appearance on her show, Dimoldenberg's Chicken Shop Date. And after encouraging her to make a guess, he confirmed that it was Keke.
“Very charming,” he said of the actress at the time. “Very charming woman.”
Then, more than a year later, Keke, who has a 2-year-old son named Leodis with her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson, responded like a typical Virgo to Sean's compliment.
She told People in August 2024, "I'm not saying that I was surprised or that I wasn't surprised." "But I was like, 'I knew the vibes were vibing,' when I heard it and people were sending it to me."
