Kelley Wolf has announced plans to enter a rehabilitation facility following her recent arrest and escalating legal battle with estranged husband Scott Wolf.

The Real World: New Orleans alum appeared in a New York court on September 2, where she revealed she will check into a treatment center on September 12 for a month-long stay. The decision comes after she was arrested on August 26 and charged with three misdemeanors related to two separate incidents involving Scott. Court records obtained by People show Kelley faces one count of misdemeanor electronic communications harassment from an August 25 incident and two counts of misdemeanor electronic disclosure of personal identifying information tied to actions taken the following day.

"I have informed everyone that needs to know," Kelley, 48, told the judge, per People. "I will be attending a treatment center starting September 12. It's a fantastic place. I've recommended it many times as a mental health professional, and I'm excited to go. My brother is taking me."

Kelley and Scott, who announced their split in June after 21 years of marriage, share three children — Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. Following her arrest, Scott, 57, was granted temporary physical custody of their kids and received a protective order against Kelley.

According to a police report obtained by Us Weekly, Scott called authorities on August 26 after receiving a wave of anonymous phone calls and text messages. Investigators later discovered Kelley had posted an Instagram Story displaying a phone number and the message, "Let's let dimples field his own press? Right?" Within ten minutes, Scott allegedly received 24 calls and multiple texts from unknown individuals.

While Kelley did not address the harassment claims directly, she expressed hope that seeking treatment will help move her divorce proceedings forward. "All I wanted to do was leave a marriage," she said. "I hope this helps."

Scott has denied abuse allegations Kelley previously made, calling them "entirely false" and "traumatic for our children." Kelley's next court hearing is scheduled for September 30.
