ISRAEL STRIKES HAMAS AFTER HOSTAGE REFUSAL, SHATTERING CEASEFIRE

Iran's parliament sacked Finance Minister Abdolnaser Hemmati on Sunday after impeaching him over the country's economic crisis. A vote of no confidence saw 182 of 273 parliamentarians backing his removal, state television reported.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will seek to remove Shin Bet security service chief Ronen Bar, the prime minister's office announced Sunday. The decision, which follows months of tension between the two, will be presented to the government this week.
