Billionaire Les Wexner told US lawmakers on Wednesday that he was "naive, foolish and gullible" for trusting Jeffrey Epstein. In a statement at the start of a closed-door deposition, the former Victoria's Secret CEO—who is alleged to have helped Epstein build his fortune—accused the late sex offender of stealing "vast sums" of money from his family while serving as their financial adviser.

Wexner, who was testifying before a House committee as part of its probe into the Epstein case, has denied any wrongdoing.

He was described as a potential co-conspirator of Epstein's in a 2019 FBI document, but no charges were ever brought against him. Lawmakers accused the billionaire, who gave Epstein broad powers over his finances, of knowing about the other man's crimes but failing to stop them.

Hailey Bieber says her journey toward building a healthy relationship with fame is still a work in progress.

The 29 year old model, entrepreneur and founder of Rhode spoke candidly about life in the spotlight during a Feb. 18 appearance on the Therapuss with Jake Shane podcast. In the conversation, she reflected on the emotional toll that constant public scrutiny can take.

Bieber described the pressure of dealing with widespread commentary about her personal life as mentally exhausting. She explained that trying to satisfy or respond to millions of opinions often leads to frustration and self doubt. At times, she admitted, she questions why strangers feel compelled to criticize her at all. The sheer scale of attention, she said, can pull her into a cycle of feeling like she has to constantly defend or prove herself.

She acknowledged that she still struggles with people pleasing tendencies because she wants to be understood. However, over time she has learned that repeatedly explaining herself rarely changes public perception. According to Bieber, it is easy for people to misinterpret a small moment without understanding the larger context of someone's life. She has come to realize that no amount of clarification can fully control how others choose to see her.

The Golden Bachelorette couple recently revealed that, despite getting engaged more than a year ago, they have no plans to marry in 2026.

"We get that [question] all the time," Chock said in a video Q&A posted on their Instagram pages on February 16. "In 2025, Joan hosted a lavish wedding for her oldest son, Nick. And she has another one getting married this year, so we decided not to compete with them."

"Let them have their year," the 62-year-old, who has daughter Taylor and son Tyler with ex-wife Heather, continued. "So you might look for something in 2027."

"Yeah, '27. Hopefully, no one else will get married, but I believe you have a son who might, so we'll see!" the 63-year-old said. "We have grown children, and they are also entering that stage of life... We'll marry when our children don't get married."

The couple also talked about their current living arrangements—and the big question of why they don't live together.

"One day, we will," Joan explained. "We haven't figured out the city yet."

Chock stated that they have been busy with work and travel, adding, "At some point, we do [want to live together]." We travel frequently, so it's inevitable that we'll say, "Oh, we like this.’”
