The Colombian singer and actor, 32, and his longtime girlfriend Susana Gomez are now parents of two after welcoming their second child, a baby boy. The couple announced the news on Instagram on Tuesday, Sept. 15, sharing a black-and-white photo of themselves with their newborn.
In the intimate picture, Maluma holds his son in one arm while wrapping the other around Gomez. The couple touch foreheads as they pose together.
"𝒪𝓇𝒾ó𝓃 ℒ𝑜𝓃𝒹𝑜ñ𝑜 𝒢ó𝓂𝑒𝓏. 🩵 𝟷𝟺/𝟶𝟿/𝟸𝟼," they wrote in the caption, revealing their son's name as Orion Londoño Gomez and confirming that he was born on Sept. 14, 2026.
Maluma and Gomez are also parents to their 2-year-old daughter, Paris.
The couple first shared that they were expecting their second child in May. In a Mother's Day post, Maluma shared a sweet black-and-white photo showing himself and Paris kissing Gomez's growing belly.
The singer kept the announcement simple, adding a light blue heart emoji to the post.
Maluma has previously spoken openly about how becoming a father changed his outlook on life. Following Paris' birth, he appeared on the cover of Allure's July 2024 issue and discussed how fatherhood had transformed his priorities.
"Everything changed. And I love it," he said at the time, explaining that he now wakes up motivated to work hard and make the most of every day.
Maluma also said he wanted to set a positive example for his daughter and make her proud. He described adjusting his routine around his health and family, including going to bed early and waking up early to exercise.
The musician and Gomez have been romantically linked since 2020. They revealed they were expecting their first child through Maluma's music video for his song "Procura," released in October 2023.
Their daughter Paris was born on March 9, 2024, at 8:23 a.m. Maluma announced her arrival on Instagram, describing her as the love of their lives and thanking Gomez for helping him fulfill his biggest dream of becoming a father.
Now, with the arrival of Orion, Maluma and Gomez are beginning another chapter as a family of four.
The singer has yet to share more details about his newborn son, but his announcement has already given fans their first glimpse of the newest member of the family.
