Kylie Jenner is opening up about whether she is ready to expand her family, revealing that having another baby is not currently on her immediate plans.
The 29-year-old Kylie Cosmetics founder discussed the possibility of another child during an episode of her sister Khloé Kardashian's Hulu series, The Girls. Jenner appeared via FaceTime while speaking with her friend Yris Palmer, who mentioned that she was considering having another baby through surrogacy.
Jenner, who shares daughter Stormi, 8, and son Aire, 4, with rapper Travis Scott, admitted that pregnancy is not something she wants to consider right now.
"Trust me, the thought of carrying another baby right now feels insane," Jenner said.
When Palmer's discussion turned to surrogacy, Jenner was asked whether she would consider using a surrogate herself. She said she did not think so, while leaving a small possibility open.
"I don't want to say no, but I'm like 99.9% sure I couldn't do that," she said.
Jenner explained that because she has already had healthy pregnancies, she does not currently see a reason to pursue surrogacy. "I have big healthy babies," she said, adding that there was "no reason for me to really have a surrogate."
Her comments come months after she revealed that she does eventually want to have more children. In a March interview with Vanity Fair, Jenner said she plans to spend the remainder of her 20s concentrating on herself, her businesses and her children before considering another pregnancy.
Jenner has previously spoken about the fear she experienced when she discovered she was pregnant with Stormi at 19. She recalled being "really, really scared" to tell her parents about the pregnancy but ultimately decided that becoming a mother was a choice she wanted to make for herself.
Jenner began dating Timothée Chalamet in 2023 following her split from Scott. Chalamet has also previously spoken about parenthood, calling the idea of someone celebrating not having children because it gives them more time for other things "bleak."
For now, however, Jenner appears focused on enjoying her two children and building her career before deciding whether to grow her family.
