Kylie Kelce is speaking candidly about the emotional toll of miscarriage and the fear that followed her on the path to motherhood. On her Not Gonna Lie podcast, the 34-year-old mom of four revealed that trying to conceive again after her pregnancy loss was "terrifying."
"Yes, Sarah. I was terrified," Kylie admitted when asked by a listener if she was scared to try again. Even after becoming pregnant with her eldest daughter Wyatt, now six, the anxiety lingered. "Every single week I was looking up what are the chances that this pregnancy sticks?" she recalled.
By the second trimester, her thoughts shifted: "I then asked the question, what are the chances that if I had the baby today that the baby could survive?"
Kylie acknowledged that the constant worry wasn't healthy, but said it helped her cope. "I think that sits with you forever," she explained. "You experienced a loss and it's okay to have that grief sit with you. That is going to be something that might pop up when you least expect it."
The mother of Wyatt, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finn, 1, has been open about the miscarriage she suffered before welcoming her daughters. She previously described the devastating moment in 2025 when doctors couldn't find a heartbeat.
"It felt like everything went into slow motion, and they could not find the baby on the Doppler," she said. The loss was especially painful as it happened on husband Jason Kelce's birthday. "I called my mom and told her that I couldn't tell Jason because it was his birthday... and I did. It was hard for both of us."
Despite the grief, Kylie emphasized the importance of trying again. "If I had not tried again, I would not have Wyatt," she said. "Sometimes you have to go at the hard thing and try again."
She also offered encouragement to listeners facing similar struggles. "I wish you all the luck in the world. I'm sending you baby magic and baby dust," Kylie said. "I am so sorry that you had to experience that, but you are not alone. I firmly believe that you can get through it."
