Jason Kelce is still marveling at how his brother Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift managed to keep their wedding private despite hosting hundreds of guests at Madison Square Garden.
Speaking on SportsRadio 94WIP on July 30, the former Philadelphia Eagles star admitted he was stunned that no legitimate photos from the July 3 ceremony have surfaced.
"There were a thousand people inside Madison Square Garden," he said, calling it "the biggest wedding, probably, I've ever attended for sure, and there's really not a lot out there."
Jason explained that the couple worked hard to make the massive venue feel intimate. "They did a great job of finding an area that could be very secure, someplace they could control while also making it feel really special," he said.
He acknowledged that the pair faced some backlash for choosing MSG, but insisted the atmosphere didn't feel like a cavernous arena.
Jason served as best man for his younger brother, while Taylor's brother Austin was her man of honor. Jason and wife Kylie's four daughters walked down the aisle as flower girls.
Jason admitted the ceremony left him emotional. "I did cry. I probably cried more at this wedding than I cried at my own wedding, which probably is not acceptable," he joked, adding that Kylie "is probably not happy about that."
He praised the event as "incredibly done," describing it as more than a 10/10. Jason noted that weddings often drag between speeches and meals, but this one kept the energy high throughout.
For Jason, the most remarkable part remains the couple's ability to keep their private moment shielded from the public eye. "I haven't seen any legitimate photos really from the wedding. It's remarkable," he said.
Travis and Taylor tied the knot in front of hundreds of loved ones, with jumbo screens outside MSG flashing "JUST&T MARRIED" to mark the occasion. Their mother, Donna Kelce, summed up the evening with one word: "magical."
