Alex Rodriguez celebrated his 51st birthday with a heartfelt tribute from his new girlfriend, Meghan Hayden, who shared a series of affectionate photos highlighting their growing relationship.
On Monday, July 27, Hayden took to Instagram Stories to wish the former New York Yankees star a happy birthday. Alongside four photos of the couple together, she wrote, "Happy Birthday @Arod," followed by two red heart emojis, offering followers a glimpse into their romance.
The first image captured the pair posing together in a picturesque outdoor setting, with Rodriguez wrapping his arm around Hayden as they smiled for the camera. Another photo showed the couple enjoying a meal at a restaurant, where Hayden leaned comfortably against the retired baseball star.
A third picture featured the two aboard a luxury yacht, with Rodriguez embracing Hayden around the waist as they smiled at the camera. The final image showed them standing together in front of an elegant swimming pool, adding to the collection of romantic moments she shared in celebration of his special day.
Rodriguez later reposted Hayden's birthday message to his own Instagram Stories, where he has more than 4 million followers, further confirming their relationship.
The couple first attracted public attention earlier this month when they were seen sharing a kiss during Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin's annual White Party. The appearance came only weeks after Rodriguez's breakup with longtime girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro.
News of Rodriguez and Cordeiro's separation emerged in late May after nearly three years together. At the time, Cordeiro confirmed that they had decided to spend time apart while emphasizing that the relationship had ended on good terms.
She explained that the two continued to have mutual love, respect and care for one another and their families. Cordeiro also stressed there was no conflict or bad feelings between them and that they remained supportive of each other despite going their separate ways.
She later revealed that her attention was focused on helping a family member dealing with a serious health issue, making it clear that her priorities had shifted during that period.
Following the breakup, a source close to the former couple said Rodriguez and Cordeiro had maintained a positive friendship despite ending their romantic relationship.
Now, Rodriguez appears to have moved forward with Hayden, whose Instagram profile identifies her as a private coach based in New York City and a former Division I athlete. Their recent public appearances and social media posts suggest the relationship is progressing, with Hayden's birthday tribute marking another milestone as the couple continue to share glimpses of their time together.
