Tierra "Titi" Davis' past has suddenly come back into focus.
Court documents show that back in 2018, when Davis was 17, she was accused of assaulting a 16-year-old named Shayla Woodard and allegedly threatening to shoot her. Woodard claimed Davis pepper-sprayed and hit her multiple times at a Culver City metro station, saying the conflict stemmed from her friendship with Davis' ex-boyfriend.
In her request for a restraining order, Woodard wrote: "Tierra Davis has been harassing me by phone beginning [Oct. 2, 2018] at 1:04 p.m., where she kept telling me she would find me. I guess she was right because when she did and after the assault on me, she threatened to shoot me next time.
She threatened to shoot me with a gun the next time she saw me. I live with my mom and my baby brother... They could be struck with a stray bullet in the line of fire."
Woodard also alleged Davis harassed her through phone calls, texts, Instagram, and Snapchat messages, even during school hours. A temporary restraining order was granted, but the case was dismissed after Woodard didn't appear in court. A second filing was also thrown out later that year, with the judge ruling there was no basis for a permanent order.
Despite the serious claims, TMZ later reported that Woodard has no bad feelings toward Davis today and believes people can change.
Now 25, Davis entered season eight of Love Island USA during Casa Amor and quickly connected with KC Chandler, sparking tension among fellow Islanders.
Davis hasn't publicly addressed the allegations.
