Daniel Jones has officially confirmed his relationship with influencer Nicole Elattrache through social media.
The Indianapolis Colts quarterback gave fans a glimpse into his personal life on May 27 when he reposted a romantic birthday tribute shared by Elattrache on Instagram to celebrate his 29th birthday.
In one of the photos, the couple posed together arm in arm while attending a horse racing event. Elattrache added a birthday message over the image, wishing Jones a happy birthday alongside affectionate emojis. A second photo showed the pair dancing together, accompanied by another message expressing her love for the NFL player. Jones later reposted the second image on his Instagram Stories, subtly confirming their relationship publicly for the first time.
The announcement comes shortly after Jones secured a major contract extension with the Colts. Earlier this year, the quarterback signed a two-year deal worth $88 million with the franchise after initially joining the team on a one-year contract during the 2025 season.
Jones first entered the NFL in 2019 when he was selected by the New York Giants in the sixth round of the draft. He began his professional career as a backup to longtime Giants quarterback Eli Manning before eventually becoming the team's starting quarterback after Manning's retirement.
His time with the Giants lasted until 2024, when he was benched following a difficult stretch of performances. After leaving New York, Jones briefly joined the Minnesota Vikings before eventually signing with the Colts.
Although Jones and Elattrache have largely kept their relationship private, the pair appear to share a long-standing connection. Both attended Duke University between 2015 and 2018.
According to Elattrache's LinkedIn profile, she has been working for WIN Sports Group since February 2025. The company specializes in athlete and talent representation. On Instagram, where she has built a following of more than 14,000 users, Elattrache regularly shares lifestyle and fashion-related content.
Before his relationship with Elattrache, Jones had previously been linked romantically to former lacrosse player Ella Bonafede.
