Khloé Kardashian has spoken openly about regretting the decision to declaw her two cats, Grey Kitty and Baby Kitty, admitting that she now feels she was "really misadvised" about the procedure.

During the May 20 episode of her podcast Khloé In Wonder Land, the 41-year-old reality star reflected on her experience as a first-time cat owner and said she did not fully understand what declawing involved at the time.

"I was really misadvised about getting my cats declawed. I've never owned cats before. I didn't even know that was a thing," she explained. "I feel really, really terrible that I did go in this direction."

Khloé, who got Grey Kitty and later Baby Kitty for her daughter True, also said she believes the procedure may have affected the cats' behavior and overall happiness. "I feel like that's why my cats are miserable, and it was my doing," she said.

The television personality shared that she now takes extra precautions to keep the pets safe indoors because they can no longer properly defend themselves.

"My cats wear Air Tags, like, they're not allowed to even go near a door," she said. "I'm so afraid if they get out, because they have no way to defend themselves. They've lost their protection tools, so it makes me sad."

Khloé also discussed the challenges she has faced after introducing Baby Kitty into the household. She described Grey Kitty as "the saint of a cat" before the second pet arrived, but said problems soon followed.

"Grey Kitty started peeing on one of the beds to tell us she hates us and she's pissed that we have another cat," she recalled.

After setting up cameras in her home, Khloé discovered Baby Kitty had started copying the behavior. "Grey Kitty's back to being an angel and now I have Baby Kitty, who's just like a demon right now," she said.
