Jack Osbourne isn't holding back when it comes to criticism of his weight. In a fiery video posted to Instagram and TikTok on May 19, the 40-year-old son of Sharon and the late Ozzy Osbourne slammed online speculation about his health.

"I cannot believe I'm having to actually make this f**ing video," he said. "If I see one more article written about me saying how I'm sick, I'm grossly underweight... it's f**ing insane."

Jack explained that his weight hasn't changed since appearing on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! six months ago. "I've been the same f**ing weight. The only difference is I shaved my beard and opted for a creepy moustache. That's the only f**ing difference."

He went on to detail his long-term health journey: "I've been consistently but slowly losing weight for the last three and a half years. I shot up to about 220 pounds three and a half years ago and decided that I wanted to make some changes. So I did. What's the big f*ing deal? I'm five foot eight and a half and 155 pounds. It is perfectly healthy."

The reality star, who trains in jiu-jitsu, even challenged one critic to join him on the mat to see how hard he works. His frustration runs deep, noting that he's been mocked for his size his entire life.

"My entire life I was just brutalized by the press about being overweight, and the fact that I get down to a healthy weight, now I'm criticized even more? Get f*ed."

Jack's sister Kelly has also faced similar scrutiny. Earlier this year, she spoke out about the cruelty of body-shaming while grieving their father Ozzy's death, saying it revealed "a profound absence of compassion and character."
