Jessie James Decker is opening up about her decision to undergo another round of plastic surgery,  this time to reduce the size of her breast implants.

The 38-year-old singer revealed on Instagram that she has "officially decided to downsize" her "400plus" cc implants, which she first got in 2021.

"I'm trying to figure out when and where, but I am ready," she wrote on May 13. "They have been a fun ride so to speak and I of course won't ever have small ones by any means. But the more in shape I'm getting they just become more annoying and obvious to me how big they are for my body."

Decker explained that she initially chose larger implants after a breast reduction and lift a few years earlier. At the time, she said her breasts were "hanging down to my belly button," and she wanted to restore the look she had before children.

"They were so big and perky before children and I wanted them back ... plus some," she shared, adding that surgery "was certainly for me."

Back in 2021, she joked that she was "finally ready to go big or go home ha!" But her perspective shifted after becoming pregnant with her youngest child, Denver.

"If I had known we were going to have another, I wouldn't have gone so big," she admitted in a 2023 Instagram Story. "When I'm pregnant, they get massive. Like, quadruple in size. Def need a reduction in the future."

Decker, who is raising four children with her husband Eric Decker, has spoken openly about how her approach to fitness has evolved. In recent years, she has embraced a lifestyle focused on strength and muscle tone, saying she now feels more confident in her body than she did in her early twenties.

For now, Decker says she's ready to make the change. "I'm ready," she emphasized, noting that while she doesn't plan to go small, she wants implants that better fit her body and lifestyle.
