Haley Beck is involved in a controversy.

The 27-year-old, whose brother is TikToker Noah Beck, has been nominated for termination from her teaching job in Arizona after internal investigators discovered she had a sexual interaction with a youngster, the Peoria Unified School District reported to E! News on April 8.

Haley, a psychology and sociology teacher at Centennial High School, allegedly began grooming one of her pupils before he turned 18, according to the school district's statement of charges, which E! News acquired.

According to school officials, the couple developed a "quid pro quo" relationship that aroused concerns when she allowed him to take her car keys in December 2024 to retrieve his Christmas presents from her car. In the spring of 2025, Haley allegedly offered the student food and preferential treatment in class, such as raising his grades and performing his homework.

In addition to adding the student on Snapchat under the name "Sneaky Link," she allegedly exchanged over 4,000 texts with him over the summer of 2025, including messages about "oral sex, meeting up to have sex, drinking alcohol, smoking weed, and about [the student] filming [Haley] providing him oral sex and showing it to other students," according to the school's statement of charges.

Haley Beck, referred to as a "Sugar Momma" in her alleged interactions with a student called a "Sugar Baby," reportedly sent the student $630 via Apple Pay, including a message that suggested the exchange felt like prostitution. She is accused of retaliating against the student's girlfriend by claiming she wouldn't date him. A Title IX decision maker concluded that grooming had occurred, rendering any sexual conduct after consent unwelcome, and deemed the behavior severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive within the teacher-student context. Following these findings, the superintendent recommended her dismissal, which was supported by the governing board. The school stated that the situation is pending resolution with the State Board of Education. Beck's lawyer denied any wrongdoing, asserting her respect for the criminal justice process and confidence in her eventual exoneration. Although initial police

concerns did not meet the legal threshold for abuse, an investigation began once allegations escalated. The Peoria Unified School District confirmed a comprehensive internal investigation concluded that Beck had groomed the student, leading to recommendations for her termination. They stated their commitment to addressing all allegations involving student safety seriously and transparently.
