Nick Viall and Natalie Joy have double the reason to celebrate.

The Viall Files podcast host and his wife exclusively told E! News that they are expecting twins following a difficult fertility journey.

“It's surreal. It's a dream come true,” Natalie told E! News, describing the shock the couple still feels about expecting two babies. “I can't believe I get to even say the words out loud that I'm pregnant and that I'm this far along and that I'm having twins. It's crazy to me. It feels like a fever dream.”

The former Bachelor star and influencer, who already have a two-year-old daughter, River Rose, have had a difficult time getting pregnant. The couple, who married in April 2024, have been candid about the difficulties they encountered while trying to grow their family. After three previous miscarriages, Natalie explained how the couple has learned to hold both hope and heartbreak at the same time.

"We've navigated it in a way where we're kind of like, these babies just weren't ready for us yet," the 27-year-old explained. "When they're ready, they're going to come."

Natalie added, "Our family is becoming more and more complete. And hopefully, we can try for a fourth, and then we'll have all the babies we lost back with us.”

Nick told E! that "the fears that we have are natural and they make sense" after experiencing pregnancy losses, but that the couple is focusing on the "positives," adding, "We have a lot to be grateful for."

The podcaster also shared his initial reaction to Natalie's twin pregnancy, explaining that he couldn't accompany her to her doctor's appointment because they didn't have a babysitter for daughter River that day.

When Natalie returned home from her appointment, Nick remarked, "She walks in the door, she's crying, so I'm just assuming bad news. And then she told me about the twins. And it was truly a surreal moment. I went from thinking, 'Oh, more bad news,' to 'Oh, my God, there's two.’”

With two children on the way, Natalie and Nick revealed that the news of a larger family is beginning to sink in for River, who will be a big sister soon.

"We've got our ultrasound pictures hanging on the fridge," Natalie told me. "[River] looks at them and says, 'babies.'"

She went on: "She's going to be just the best sister ever, I'm sure."
