Kristy Scott is easing back into the spotlight as she navigates a period of transition both online and off.
On Jan. 28, the influencer posted her first vlog since filing for divorce from Desmond Scott, filming herself during a routine grocery trip for herself and her two sons. Speaking directly to followers, Kristy acknowledged feeling anxious but said documenting the moment felt honest as she adjusted to life on her own.
Throughout the video, Kristy explained that she is no longer in the mindset to deliver her usual upbeat content. Instead, she chose to show a quieter, more reflective side, thanking fans for their messages and support during what she described as an unexpected chapter.
The outing also symbolized a shift toward independence. Kristy noted that even familiar errands now feel different, particularly as she prioritizes her children and their preferences while rebuilding daily routines.
Her post follows confirmation earlier this month that she filed for divorce in December after more than a decade of marriage. The former couple, who wed young, share two sons and have both emphasized their focus on parenting as they move forward separately.
As Kristy reestablishes her online presence, other high-profile family legal matters have also made headlines. Earlier this week, a Utah judge dismissed a case against Kelley Wolf related to an alleged restraining order violation involving her estranged husband, actor Scott Wolf. Prosecutors requested the dismissal as part of a broader effort to resolve multiple pending matters.
Court records indicate Kelley continues to face separate misdemeanor charges, though hearings have been delayed as attorneys work toward a comprehensive resolution. Scott previously withdrew a protective order request, and both parties have referenced the importance of stability for their children.
