Rob Schneider and his wife Patricia Azarcoya Schneider have officially filed for divorce, bringing an end to their 15-year marriage. Patricia, 37, submitted the petition in Arizona on December 8, 2025, with Rob, 62, accepting service of the documents days later. The couple shares two daughters, Miranda Scarlett, 13, and Madeline Robbie, 10.
The divorce filing states that the marriage is irretrievably broken, and both parties are working to negotiate legal decision-making, parenting time, and child support. A court order has also established a confidential consent decree, which allows divorcing couples to reach an agreement on property, custody, and financial matters without a contested trial.
Rob and Patricia first met in 2007 while working on a television project. At the time, Rob was 44 and Patricia was 19. They married in an intimate Beverly Hills ceremony in April 2011. Miranda was born in November 2012, followed by Madeline in September 2016. Over the years, the couple maintained a close family life, often sharing professional projects together.
Both parents were involved in entertainment projects with their daughters. The family appeared on Netflix's Real Rob, a sitcom loosely based on Rob's life, and Patricia produced, wrote, and appeared in the 2022 family film Daddy Daughter Trip, which included both daughters. These projects highlighted their efforts to integrate family life and work, allowing their children to gain early exposure to the entertainment industry.
This divorce marks Rob Schneider's third marriage. He was first married to London King from 1988 to 1990, with whom he shares daughter Elle King, 36, a musician. His second marriage was to model Helena Schneider from 2002 to 2005. Throughout the
years, Rob's relationship with Elle has been complicated, though the family has maintained connections, particularly through shared involvement with the younger daughters.
Despite challenges in their blended family, all three of Schneider's daughters have followed paths into entertainment, whether by acting alongside him in projects or pursuing individual careers. Over the years, the couple balanced raising their children while managing professional collaborations in television and film, keeping their daughters central to both their personal and creative lives.
With the divorce now underway, the couple is focusing on finalizing legal agreements and co-parenting arrangements to ensure stability for their children.
