Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke has filed for a temporary restraining order against Brittany Furlan, the wife of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, following a renewed flare-up of last year's catfish controversy.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Radke alleges that Furlan engaged in a pattern of harassment that began online and later escalated into real-world encounters. The rocker claims Furlan repeatedly contacted him on social media and became increasingly aggressive after he stopped responding.
In the filing, Radke alleges that Furlan drove to his home and remained outside, watching him from her car. He further claims she followed him to a doctor's appointment and waited nearby, staring at him, actions he says caused him distress and concern for his safety.
Furlan has strongly denied the allegations. In a statement provided to Page Six, her attorney said she was "offended" by the restraining order request and insisted she is the true victim of harassment. Her legal team described Radke's filing as "frivolous" and said they intend to pursue all legal avenues to protect her from further threats.
The dispute follows a public scandal in May 2025, when Furlan claimed she had been "catfished" by someone impersonating Radke on social media while she was married to Lee. At the time, she said she disclosed the situation fully to her husband and believed the matter had been resolved.
Over the weekend, however, Furlan reignited the controversy by suggesting on Instagram Stories that Radke himself had been behind the messages and by making additional allegations involving his interactions with fans. Radke denied the claims and accused her of stalking and harassment in response.
Speaking previously to TMZ, Radke said multiple women had been deceived by the same impersonator and claimed the FBI was investigating the matter. He said he cooperated with authorities and provided evidence to clear his name.
Despite reports last year that the scandal strained their marriage, Furlan and Lee remain together. Furlan has said publicly that the ordeal ultimately strengthened their relationship, while Lee has repeatedly dismissed claims of a separation.
