Merritt Robertson is expanding the family dynasty.
The Duck Dynasty star confirmed that she and husband Tyler Metro have welcomed their first child, a daughter named Nellie Jane Metro.
"It's been one week since our sweet Nellie Jane Metro arrived!" Merritt wrote on Instagram on December 22, alongside several photos of the newborn. "We're absolutely mesmerized."
In the photos, baby Nellie is seen soaking up the sun in a Minnie Mouse onesie and being held by Santa Claus to celebrate the holiday season. Merritt, 21, also shared a photo of Nellie and herself in the hospital after giving birth, with the baby curled up on her chest.
Merritt's mother, Jessica Robertson, who also has children Lily Robertson Stalbaum, 23, Priscilla Robertson, 19, River Robertson, 17, and Gus Robertson, 9, with husband Jep Robertson, was equally excited about the new addition to the family.
"We are thrilled to welcome another precious grandbaby into our family," the 45-year-old wrote on Instagram Dec. 23. "Nellie Jane Metro is such a blessing, and we are so proud of you, @itsmerrmetro and @tyler.metro11!"
Merritt and Tyler, who married in June 2024, first announced their pregnancy in June, posting a photo of the two holding sonograms with the caption, "Baby Metro will be here this Christmas!!"
However, Merritt is not the only new mother in the Robertson family; sister Priscilla and her boyfriend, Dillon Nash, welcomed their own baby girl, August Mae Nash, on October 6.
Dillon wrote on Instagram at the time, "I was blessed with the responsibility and title of becoming a father."
"I am so blessed to be able to take care of this beautiful little girl," the father said, "and do it with the love of my life, @priscillajunerobertson."
And of course, Jessica and Jep were overjoyed to become grandparents to baby August.
"Congratulations Priscilla and Dillon on the arrival of one of God's greatest blessings," Jessica wrote on her Instagram Stories following the baby's birthday, adding that she and her husband "are all just head over heels in love with this sweet angel baby!"
